Cath Kidston comes to Marlow

Cath KidstonYou might have been wondering what is happening at what was the Jasmine Peking restaurant at the top of Marlow High Street.   In particular, you might have noticed a distinctive paint job being applied over the weekend!

The answer is the imminent opening (Dec 18th) of a new shop “Cath Kidston”. The company specialises in home furnishings, fashion, accessories, fabrics and the like, and we have been told that the Marlow shop will additionally showcase a range of Christmas decorations, wrapKath Kidstonping and gifts.

Cath Kidston Ltd was founded in 1993 when designer Cath Kidston opened a tiny shop in London’s Holland Park. She began by selling the vintage fabrics, wallpapers and brightly-painted junk furniture – and the developed style has gone onto considerable success with  more than 30 other stores in the UK, Ireland and Japan.
