The Marlow River Swim – Sat 16th July

| |

Only a few weeks to go until the second Marlow River Swim on Sat 16th July, which this year includes three distance options to cater for both beginners and experienced swimmers : 750m, 1.5km and 3km

The Marlow Swim at Higginson Park is part of the Thames Open Water Swim Series covering four locations to choose from along some of the most famous stretches of the River Thames. The Windsor leg has already taken place, leaving Eton and Henley later in the summer.

With the success of the individual swimming events in 2010, F3 Events have teamed up with WaterAid and the RNLI to run the open water swim series. Open Water Swimming has transformed swimming as a sport and has created opportunities for participants to swim in locations that previously would not be open.

With years of experience in organising open water swimming events, F3 Events brings these safe, professionally organised swim events that are open to everyone, whatever swimming ability they have.

The locations have been specifically chosen, not only for their natural beauty, but also to provide maximum participant and spectator value. Friends and family members will be able to walk along the banks, and watch the whole event unfold and cheer on the participants.

The confirmed dates for the events are Saturday July 16th – Marlow River Swim, Saturday August 20th – BIG SOUTH Eton Swim and Saturday September 3rd – Henley On Thames River Swim

The Official Wetsuit Hire partner is www.hireawetsuit.co.uk and Xterra Wetsuits are the official wetsuit partner – both will be more than happy to assist you with your wetsuit requirements.
