Thames Hospicecare provides care for adults with cancer and other life limiting illnesses. 2012 is a milestone for them – for 25 years the local community has supported this very special charity, helping thousands of families receive the best possible care, free of charge, at a time when it is most needed.

They cannot do it without the generosity of donations and fundraising.
