PHOTO GALLERY: Floods in Marlow – Jan 2014

| |

In January 2014 Marlow has suffered badly from flooding, to the extent it has even been mentioned in the national press. Our gallery below shows some of the unique views created, often beautiful, but also causing grief for many residents.

We start with the obvious location to have witnessed this – down near the river in Higginson Park. Then some beautiful sunsets, before moving onto an amazing aerial photo and images of flooded roads to show the devastating side of the flooding.

Photo credits are shown where relevant, thanks for the various contributions to our Twitter and Facebook pages  (some fantastic pictures have been sent our way- from Michael Sannwald, Matthew Smith , Lyn Child, Peter Simmonds, Camilla Winlo, Martin Horne, Peter Hoare/@HocusProducts )
