GALLERY: Pub in the Park 2017

| | ,

The first ever “Tom Kerridge presents: Pub in the Park” took place at the weekend, as every single resident will be aware!  MyMarlow was there to enjoy (and photograph) throughout, so we saw the crowds ignoring the rain during Tom Odell’s brilliant performance on Friday evening through to the everyone enjoying the glorious sunshine on Sunday.

14,000 visitors attended over the 3 days, and the layout encouraged you to move around and explore – the 10 restaurants and 11 bars were spread around with other exhibitors in between – and of course the main stage front and centre (see our preview article for full details of everything that was there).

The event promised us “gourmet food, great music and lush vibes” over the 3 days, and certainly delivered as far as we were concerned. Well done Tom and the team – bring on 2018!!

Marlow Town Council have added their own support to the event: ‘We would like to thank Tom Kerridge and Brand Events for bringing Pub in the Park to Marlow,” Mayor Jocelyn Towns said. “It provided a brilliant mix of food, drink and music, and it was lovely to see fireworks in the park again, marking the end of each evening. There was a wonderful atmosphere around the town and a great buzz in the High Street every day. We appreciate PITP was a commercial venture, but we’re delighted that the organisers have committed to donate to Marlow charities, including the Town Regatta and Festival.”

Below is our gallery of photos from the event – we tried to cover a bit of everything!!
