The Queen’s Jubilee visit to Marlow in 2002

| |

It might surprise you to know that MyMarlow.co.uk  existed as a website way back in 2002, albeit under a different name, it was known as OutInMarlow.com back then.

Aaaaanyway…. in that year it was the Queen’s Golden Jubilee and she came to visit Marlow to unveil the new statue of Sir Steve Redgrave.

We were there to capture it for the website – with pretty low-tech cameras, it has to be said! Anyway, on the occasion of the Queen’s 90th birthday it seemed the perfect time to share some of those images.
