Marlow Olympic and Paralympic Homecoming – latest update

| | ,

Marlow’s Higginson Park will be hosting an Olympic and Paralympic celebration this Sunday 2nd October. This will be one of those Marlow events that will live long in  the memory – you won’t want to miss out!

Marlow FM will introduce and interview local athletes in Higginson Park, in front of Court Garden House at 2pm and then they will be mingling with the crowds giving everyone a  chance to pose for photos and congratulate our Olympic and Paralympic heroes.

Here’s the list of Olympians and Paralympians attending, in good old alphabetical order 🙂

Unfortunately, Alex Danson – Marlow’s hockey gold medalist is unable to attend – but you can read the MyMarlow interview with Alex – to be published soon.

(*Wycombe District Council cannot guarantee athlete availability on the day.)
