“Pilates for Runners” launch at Runners Retreat

Harri Angell, a local runner and Pilates instructor is launching her book at Runners’ Retreat. Harri is well known locally especially for her “Run with Harri” initiative, encouraging loads of locals to get active.
Her new book, published by Bloomsbury Sport will teach you how Pilates can improve your overall running performance and help you to avoid injury – keeping you running stronger and for longer. Pop down on Saturday 22nd April to have a chat with Harri on the benefits of Pilates to runners, and perhaps pick up a signed copy of the book!
