Simple Meals for Better Health is a series of five cooking demonstrations aimed at providing healthier options to many of the shop-bought, over-processed foods many of us eat today. The demonstrations will explore alternative ingredients which are beneficial to your overall health and wellbeing. You will be able to sample all the dishes so are encouraged to come hungry.
