My name is Jan and I am a Level 3 REP's Pilates, Body Balance and PureStretch instructor.
I absolutely advocate Pilates as I know what the results are. I suffer with sciatica and have spinal issues and Pilates enables me to live in a strong and healthy body. I incorporate all my disciplines into my Pilates based classes to make them functional, effective, challenging and fun with a holistic relaxation at the end of the class.
Classes are Mondays 1.15 and Wednesday at 6.50pm and 8pm at All Saints Church Hall, Marlow.
FitSteps is a fitness class that uses simple Ballroom and Latin steps to create a FUN aerobic workout! Brilliant for fitness, muscle tone and flexibility. No partner or dance experience required! All ages. £6.00 per class.
Mondays at 9:30am – Marlow Sea Cadets. Tuesdays at 7:30pm – All Saints Church Hall.
These classes for adults are designed to be safe, effective and fun. Keeping constantly up to date with developments in the fitness and dance industry, striving to maintain interest and motivation. You may participate from age 16 unaccompanied and from 14 years accompanied by an adult. There is no upper age limit and general classes are very mixed in age. Bring a mat, drink of water.

His current work is based on experience gained working in these elite environments. Depending on the nature of your problem assessment is principally biomechanical, to determine the physical dysfunction. Treatment plans are designed to address this dysfunction.

Mummy and baby yoga is a focused and targeted practice which safely rebuilds core strength, stabilizes the lower back and pelvis, opens the chest and shoulders, relaxes and restores energy levels. It combines practices for the mums with gentle yoga stretches and rhymes for the babies, promotes sleep and provides an opportunity to meet other mums. Jennie is a qualified yoga therapist specialising in postnatal recovery and shares practices which she has found to be highly benificial in her own postnatal recoveries.
