Commencing in Marlow in 2013 at 3 venues this revolutionary new Diet & Fitness Club consists of an initial 28 day detox followed by ongoing maintenance, both with a weekly Club workout and daily online support. There is no calorie counting, daily points, faddy foods or complicated workouts. Classes in Marlow are at Marlow Sea Cadets Hall, Wethered Road on Tuesdays 9.30 – 10.30am; Foxes Piece School, Newfield Road on Tuesdays 7 – 8pm & at Spinfield School, Terrington Hill on Wednesdays 7 – 8pm. A rejuvenating class with Pilates based exercises focusing on abdominal and back strength, improving functional fitness, balance and posture. The class is a combination of standing and floor work and is taught by Louise who has a wide and extensive range of experience in teaching classes, both in the Community and for public and private health clubs, in addition to personally training individuals, small groups and other instructors.

The club has an excellent gym, studio and pool providing all the necessary facilities for a complete rehabilitation service from pain, injury or surgical procedure.
For 13 years Mike Banks worked as head physiotherapist for Chelsea football club, leaving in 2006. He also developed and oversaw the injury clinic for the English National Ballet School.
His current work is based on experience gained working in these elite environments. Depending on the nature of your problem assessment is principally biomechanical, to determine the physical dysfunction. Treatment plans are designed to address this dysfunction.
