The gent s toilets are a disgrace. The floor was awash with urine and the stench was intolerable. It s a shame as this used to be a nice pub. Rating:

I have just visited The Britannia where the gents toilet floor was covered with urine and STANK of wee. When I told the bar staff that their toilet was disgusting, I was asked to leave. . . which I did immediately, never to return. It’s a pity really because, up to last Friday week, I had always experienced a friendly welcome from Tim, the landlord and the beer (Rebellion Mutiny) is always very good. Rating:

The Britannia has really changed since I last went there. Still has the huge garden and large car park but it has all been tidied up and feels much better. I went with my family and we had great home cooked food and it was all at a good price. We were served nice big portions and it was less than 20 for the four of us!!!!!! The atmosphere in the pub was really relaxed and friendly and we will certainly be going again. Can't wait until they start serving sunday roasts if the ordinary menu is anything to go by. Rating:
