Marlow Donkey Large pub, though the fact it is a (short) walk from the High Street means it attracts less of the tourist crowds, but still has a decent buzz, and we always experience a friendly welcome. Good range of food, and a huge garden - the best pub garden in town I'd say. Family friendly, with children allowed up till 9pm. Has a quiz on Thursdays.. we tried it out and came second. Late Licence: Fri and Sat until midnight. Station Road, 01628 482022

I've worked at the marlow donkey for many years now and have seen many changes, managers have come and gone to try and impire and improve changes but the thing about the donkey is that it has and always will have a lovely relaxed and warm feel about the place, with our regular customers, our individual staff and the general public the marlow donkey has always been one of the best (and no i'm not saying it because i work there!) The food has a main menu but the specials change each weel along with our steak, curry and fish nights. Our large garden alowys you to relax in the summer sun in peace, and our coctails well?! i make the best ones!! mojito anyone?!!! Rating:

I've been drinking in the this pub on and off for over 40 years. I had my wedding reception in the old Marlow Donkey, a sort of downstairs function room. The pub has had many upgrades and has always been a good friendly place to drink. Unfortunatley I can't get down there as much as I used to as I live in Medmenham and its a bit far to crawl back home up the A4155. Still good food at reasonable cost, good service, friendly staff and great people. I still love it. Rating:

This is our local pub. Since its refurb and the smoking ban it is so much better, there is a really relaxed atmosphere - very cosy. The food is ok, but they have the best bar staff in Marlow, really welcoming and hardworking. They have good offers on meals and wine etc. There is also a social diary printout available which keeps you informed of upcoming events. Rating:
