Handstand Workshops

Holding a one in a lifetime opportunity to participate in a Handstand Workshop for beginners and intermediate with one of the worlds best handstand teachers.
Sainaa (London School of Hand Balance) is world renowned and the go to teacher.
The workshops will be held on the 11/11/23 at the Unwind Yoga Studio in Cookham.
The workshops are aimed at beginners and intermediates to give a taste of the upside-down world of handstands.
We will go through some flexibility and mobility exercises, dynamic warm-up exercises, and useful drills and techniques and explain the importance of these in relation to being able to get into, hold, and one day be in a beautiful straight handstand.
But most importantly, give it a go and have some fun; you never know, you may also catch the bug.
