Mindfulness Meditation at Marlow Library

Meditation has many benefits – calm your mind and lower your blood pressure!
Breathing exercises help create a feeling of relaxation and benefit the lungs and the circulation. Plus – facial yoga to keep you looking young!

Participants are welcome to bring a blanket along, otherwise seating is provided. Please arrive 10 minutes before the scheduled start time of 4pm.
