An introductory walking group to support those who are reluctant to walk outside due to a period of immobility, health issues or reduction in confidence. It starts with distances of approx. 50m in the quiet surroundings of Marlow Sports Club. Led by our team of specialist physiotherapists at Horizon Rehabilitation participants will be closely supported to gradually build up their confidence and ability to walk outdoors.
We will conduct some balance specific exercises in the club house, before heading outside for a short stroll. We will then re-group afterwards for refreshments and a chat.
