This activity is being run in conjunction with Active Bucks, People for Places & Harmony Nordic Walking. It is aimed at inspiring you to get fitter & is specifically for older adults and/or if you are currently inactive. These walks include exercises that help with flexibility, balance & strength whilst using the poles to improve general fitness & increase general fitness and joint mobility. Every Monday Clayton’s Marlow transforms into an intimate Boutique Cinema to show you the very best in film. Sit back on one of their comfy leather sofas, sip on a cocktail, grab something to eat and watch a film on their big screen with superb surround sound.
