The less than perfect weekend weather did not stop Marlow and Marlow Bottom residents from partying!

We were sorry to hear of a number of cancellations – those planned for Saturday and Monday ended up woith the best chances of survival it seems.

This fantastic group shot sent in by Ian Branch shows the residents of Highwoods Close, Marlow Bottom during their celebrations on Saturday.

Meanwhile, along at Marlow Bottom Playing Fields – there were more celebratory picnics. Thanks to Kirsty Blake for the photo.

In South Place, on Sunday – they managed to stay dry thanks to gazebos including a natty Union Jack one. Thanks to Mike Keighley for the photos, who reported everyone had a fantastic time!

And on the left in Rookery Court, the partying and dancing carried on well into the night!

Below, at Oak Tree Avenue’s Jubilee picnic on Monday afternoon/eve 4 yr old Josh is doing a convincing Prince Charles!
