Oxjam Marlow! Live music on Friday 25th October

On Friday October 25th experience a unique and high energy night of live music in Marlow! Doors open at 7pm at ‘The Assembly Room’, at the top of the high-street.

Open til 2am with a DJ to close. 18+

“Oxjam” is an Oxfam initiative – and aims to create a network of music-loving people across the UK, all united by a shared goal – to raise money to fight poverty and suffering around the world. So what better way to do it than providing you with a fun and upbeat night?!

MUSICIANS:

  • VAN SUSANS A fun and lively pop/rock band, signed to Beatnik Geek records – see them here on YouTube
  • TWO TIDES A wonderful folk influenced band from Swansea. The drummer (Alex McKenzie) is local – check them out on Facebook.
  • LOADED PISTOLAS An energetic indie band that have supported Bastille! They have also previously been played on BBC Introducing Kent – see them on YouTube
  • LAUREN TAYLOR A local musician with a beautiful voice. She will be performing with her two other band members, a cajon player and guitarist.
  • ISAAC SAKIMA Singer/ Songwriter with a fascinating voice. He will be performing with a grand piano and has previously been played on BBC Introducing Cornwall – check him out on YouTube
