Join Sindhu’s very own Atul Kochhar and MacMillan Cancer support on the 19th May 2016, to help raise awareness whilst enjoying a one-of-a-kind evening meal at Sindhu, situated in The Compleat Angler Hotel, Marlow.
The exclusive dinner will give guests the opportunity to meet and greet world-renowned Chef-Patron Atul Kochhar, the first Indian chef to receive a Michelin star, and hear about his extensive career and experiences, whilst picking up a cooking tip, or two!
Guests will be greeted with a glass of prosecco on arrival, before tucking into a bespoke dinner tasting menu, offering traditional Indian cuisine in a contemporary style, star dishes include; Roasted Sweet Potato with King Edward Potato and Sweet Yoghurt and Chutney, the Tandoor Grilled Rack of Lamb with Chettinad Spices, and Tandoor Grilled Saffron Chicken Tikka, to name but a few.
