On Saturday 10th September 9.30 -10.15am is a Charity Bootcamp Session at Marlow Sports Club , Pound Lane – directed by Josh Woods from All-In Fitness Bootcamp.

It will be very much a fun thing – bring the kids, bring the whole family!

The bootcamp is linked to Naomi Riches’ massive challenge later this month – setting a Guinness World Record in rowing 165 miles of the Thames from Lechlade to Gravesend, raising funds and awareness for the charity In-Vison. More details on www.thegreatthamesrow.org

Payment can be made on the day, but payment in advance is preferred. If you plan on attending please donate £10 (or more!) to mydonate.bt.com/fundraisers/naomirichesmbe1 and please write “Naomi Riches MBE IN-Vision charity bootcamp session” in the donation.

Please note that there is no parking on site, but off street parking is available at Court Garden SL7 2AE.
