It’s time to reveal a bit more information about Pub in the Park before it returns once more to its home on the 17th – 18th May 2019. If you are going – you probably have tickets.. although there are still tickets available for some sessions ! Yesterday, the menus for Tom Kerridge’s Hand and Flowers and Coach were announced – but MyMarlow has been given an exclusive sneak preview of the most of the other pub menus!
So, here’s what we can all look forward to enjoying on the food front- we can’t wait!
Hand and Flowers
- Minted Lamb Pie, mash and liquor
- Kerridge’s Fried Chicken with Ranch dressing and pickled slaw
- Salt Cod Croquette with Chorizo spiced mayonnaise, shaved fennel and Manchego cheese
Coach
- Chicken Kiev with Cauliflower Cheese and Parsley Emulsion
- Fish and chips with pease pudding
- Pulled Beef Cottage Pie with horseradish mash and crispy potato
Sindhu
- Samosa Chaat – Crispy Wheat Case of Spiced Potato, Sweet Yoghurt and Chutneys
- Kheema Pao – Spiced Minced Lamb with Coriander and Spices, Bread
- Chicken Tikka Pie – Smoked Chicken Tikka with Onion & Tomato, Mash, Berry Chutney

Berners Tavern
- Mac and cheese With braised Beef

The Hinds Head
- The Hind’s Head Scotch Egg – Crispy on the outside, perfectly spiced pork sausage and runny quail’s egg yolk Scotch Egg
- Earl Grey Tea Smoked Salmon – Sour cream butter, pickled cucumber
- “Choux Trifle” – Being served for the first time at Pub in The Park. Custard, cream, strawberry jelly piped inside a choux bun topped with a crispy craquelin and a sprinkle of strawberry powder
- Vegetarian – Spinach and Artichoke pie.
