Pub in the Park has partnered with The Duke pub for 2026, with a new stage at the ever-popular festival taking place 14th -17th May 2026.
“The Duke Stage” will feature the very best of regional emerging bands, covering an incredible range of genres. Many of the acts started their playing careers by performing at The Duke in Queens Road, well known for its dedication to finding and supporting local talent.
As part of the collaboration, the Duke will also be hosting a number of preview gigs. This starts with a Duke Stage showcase on the 11th/12th April featuring a huge number of acts that will perform on the Duke Stage at PITP the following month. Then there follows a series of gigs featuring acts who will be playing on the main stage at PITP!
The Duke Stage Showcase – Sat 11th/Sun 12th April
Peerless Pirates – Sat 18th April

Peerless Pirates hail from middle England – the pastures of Oxfordshire, Buckinghamshire and Berkshire serving as their stamping ground. Their sound is a rollicking roustabout mix of classic 80’s energetic indie, sea shanties, rockabilly, surf-rock and spaghetti western soundtracks. “Rum-soaked fun” is a phrase often and, justifiably, bandied about. If you’ve forgotten the time when indie sounded like fun then here’s your chance to get re-acquainted.
Country Chicks – Sun 19th April

Country Chicks UK – 100% Female, 100% Live and 100% Country! From soaring 4-part vocals, soulful fiddle, to vibrant madolin, sparkling piano, and the driving rhthym section, this is a performance that will get you moving, singing and dancing all night long. Country Chicks UK bring the timeless spirit of country music to life, celebrating the greatest hits from across the decades. Whether it’s upbeat tunes or heartfelt ballads, Country Chicks UK delivers an unforgettable show packed with energy, nostalgia and pure country magic!
Crazy Donkey – Sun 3rd May

Crazy Donkey perform a wide range of popular cover songs to get any party started. Covering music from the 70’s, 80’s, 90’s, 00’s, 10’s and beyond, with songs from bands such as Blur, Oasis, Pulp, Blondie, Queen, Simple Minds, Gorillaz, Jamiroquai, Nirvana, RHCP, David Bowie, Garbage, Primal Scream, Arctic Monkeys, Green Day, Chic, to name but a few. Crazy Donkey are always looking at material to play, and favour to play popular, but slightly less ‘obvious’ cover versions which we are all used to hearing.
The Keelhaulers – Fri 17th April

The Keelhaulers are a seven piece band hailing from South Buckinghamshire, playing an established circuit with their much in-demand live sets of both Traditional Irish Music and a wonderful selection of Sea Shanties. Traditional instruments abound on stage, Irish drums, snares, cahons, fiddles, guitars and so much more; playing what is beautifully known as “Songs from The Sea and The Land”.
These Certain People – *DATE TBC*

‘These Certain People’ are a high-energy successive crowd pleasing band with a unique and utterly infectious performance style. Their colourful pop and rock repertoire boasts ‘punchy’ songs, plus deliver tight harmonies with ease and they provide a professional sound that has been honed during the band’s extensive experience of playing live ‘original’ music for many years on the London scene.
