Chance to join boys and girls choirs at All Saints Church

| |

Time to get the robes on!

All Saints’ Church at the bottom of the High St in Marlow is unique as it maintains a boys’ choir and a separate girls’ choir who both sing with the men on a regular basis.

Being part of a vibrant tradition stretching back hundreds of years is very special indeed.

A highly sociable group who enjoy performing to the highest standards and enabling individuals to grow both in personality and confidence.

The choirs offer amazing opportunities for the sustained commitment of its members. Their Director of Music, Martin Seymour, commented ’there are hidden educational benefits too as our choristers often increase their concentration, their under-standing of languages and cultures as well as learning to take responsibility for themselves and others’.

We are now offering selected places to the next generation of singers. Do you have a son or daughter who just loves to sing? We are looking for enthusiasm and potential as we can do the rest!

There will be several open rehearsals during Sept for parents and potential choristers to come along and get a flavour of what we do.

Places in the choir are offered following a friendly informal audition where appropriate.

So why not contact Martin for an informal chat in the first instance, directorofmusic@marlowanglican.org see the choir page on the church’s website www.allsaintsmarlow.org for more details or phone the Parish Office — 01628 481806

We look forward to hearing you and giving you a warm welcome!

Session times:
