Michelin starred chef Adam Simmonds> formerly from Danesfield House , and Great British Menu, be demonstrating in the cookery theatre at this year’s Marlow Food Festival, which will be held at the Compleat Angler on Sunday 21st September, 11am-4pm
Macdonald Compleat Angler’s new head chef, Michael Lloyd will also be taking the stage.
Michael will show guests how to make a delicious honey whipped goats cheese starter with cider jelly, artichoke crisp and sourdough crumb, while Adam plans to demonstrate a version of the chicken consommé dish with celeriac which bowled over Great British Menu judges.
Now in its sixth year, the highly popular, free entry festival highlights what is new and exciting in the foodie world as well as offering a chance to experience new tastes and buy delicious products.
There will also be around 30 stalls offering a huge variety of tasty delights to try and buy – including the Blue Beer Company , Spirited Wines , Riverford Organic Farms, Shemin’s , My Secret Kitchen, a book signing by Yasemen Kaner-White and plenty more.
