“Bills” will be here… soon(ish)

Some while ago we announced a new restaurant coming to town,  the all-day diner chain “Bills”

The company have firmed up on their planned opening date, which we can announce is 13th April 2015!

The location will be 40 West Street next to Sunrise Health and Beauty-  and is currently being converted from office space.

If you have not been to a Bills before, what can you expect?

They have over 50 restaurants, the nearest to us being Reading and Windsor. We have previously visited the one in London’s Soho. We thought it was great – the menu was burgers, grills and the like, but a more relaxed/family friendly place than say Bar and Grill. The place had a funky and offbeat decor and presentation. Unusually, it also  had a small shop inside too selling jars and tins of food, chocolates etc – the origins of the chain are in a grocery shop.

Blurb on an advert for a job at the new Marlow location states ” Bill’s Restaurants are already one of fastest growing restaurant groups of 2015….We are continuing our exciting series of new openings with a stunning restaurant in Marlow. Whether you are meeting up with colleagues or friends, celebrating a birthday or just running in to grab a coffee and a cake to go, at Bill’s you can expect a warm welcome, great service and fantastic, freshly prepared dishes.”

Maybe the best idea of what to expect…. a selection of images from their various social media pages, here goes!
