We like it when a new business in town makes an effort to get involved with the community!

Barkers of Marlow, a brand new shop designed exclusively for dogs opens on Friday 5 June. The hoarding around the shop has been decorated with dog drawings – and these were designed by children from St Peters Catholic Primary School.

Meanwhile….. in the week leading up to the opening, the Barkers team will be hiding some special treats for our four legged friends. From 9am on Saturday 30th May, dogs and their owners should be on high alert while out walking in Higginson Park as they could be one of five lucky winners to find an exclusive Barkers golden dog bone.

Just five golden bones will be hidden around one of the most popular dog walking locations in Marlow and if found, the lucky dog will be treated to an exclusive free spa treatment or groom, worth up to £50. The top-of-the-range dog spa offers a range of services such as grooming, nail clipping and spa treatments to make sure the winners can leave looking, smelling and feeling great. Each Barkers golden bone includes contact details for the store and spa; winners should get in touch and bring their bone along to the store to claim their prize. Full terms and conditions can be found at www.barkersfordogs.com/marlowgoldenbone
