Celebrate Marlow 2018

| |

Today was the second ever “Celebrate Marlow” lunch organised by Marlow Town Council – attendees included volunteers, senior citizens, cadets, and representatives of various community organisations.

There was an introduction by Mayor Chris Funnell, and while the guests had lunch, they were entertained by a slideshow of old photos and musical performances.  There was also a great video montage including old footage, and newer – including Russel Brand’s light switch-on speech, plus children and other residents stating why they loved Marlow. Marlow FM’s Mike Cannon did a great job as compere for the afternoon too.

All the guests seemed to have a great time – a very successful event! 🙂
