Jam Industries – new pop-up shop in the old Wimpy location

| |

As we all know, Marlow’s Wimpy closed down in December 2017, with the site being sold and put up for let, for either retail or restaurant/cafe usage.

You may spot a new tenant has arrived – “Jam Industries“, and the owners have told us this will be a 5 month pop up until the end of January.

Jam Industries is a “surf inspired” clothing brand with two permanent stores in Salcombe, Devon and Padstow Cornwall.

In their own words:

“JAM Industries is a clothing brand that provides comfortable and stylish clothing for both men and women. Our vision is to bridge the gap between city and surf style, creating a timeless ‘lifestyle’ brand for all ages.

We wanted to build a brand that facilitates a transient lifestyle between cities and coastlines, with clothes that are comfortable in both settings. With many existing customers in the area, we feel Marlow could be the perfect place for us to open ‘inland’. “
