*GALLERY* Pub in the Park Chefs Charity Boat Race

| | ,

Today, before the afternoon session of Pub in the Park, a chef’s boat race was held, in support of Marlow Rowing Club’s “RowAbility” fundraising efforts to improve accessibility from boathouse to water, especially for the para and adaptive rowers.

Spectators on the bridge and along the towpath were treating to quite a spectacle – it was great fun to watch!!

The winning crew was led by Atul Kochhar, with chefs Claude Bosi and Phil Carmichael, plus  paralympian rower Naomi Riches.

Gracious (more or less) in defeat was Tom Kerridge, with Angela Hartnett and Josh Eggleton, coxed by para-rower Kingsley Ijomah.

Each boat also had an experienced rower from the Club at the bow.
