*REVIEW* Kids eat for £1 at The King’s Head in Little Marlow

| | , , ,

A hidden gem is giving you another option if you are looking after children this summer.

The King’s Head in Little Marlow has launched a great summer deal: kids eat for £1 with each paying adult!

If you haven’t visited The King’s Head before, it’s got a large secure beer garden with giant chess, dens and plenty of shade. They have a full menu (more on that further down), and are children and dog friendly. There are some lovely walks / bike rides to be had between Marlow and Little Marlow, and around the Little Marlow Lakes Country Park, and the King’s Head is a great place to relax and refuel at the end of your trip.

Take a look at the £1 menu below.

The King's Head Little MarlowWe visited earlier this week and had a lovely sharing platter of roasted peppers, fried halloumi, olives, falafel, flat breads and tzatziki, and also shared a plate of chargrilled asparagus, smoked salmon and a poached egg from the specials menu… very tasty, especially the garlic jam which was amazing with the halloumi!

When chef asked us to try their new puddings, it would have been rude to refuse. So we also had white chocolate and caramel cheesecake with toffee ice cream, and their Eton mess – both delicious.

MyMarlow Verdict: If you’re looking for new places to take the children this summer, it’s worth adding The King’s Head to your list!
