Just a brief report on 3 Spittal Street, which used to be Carphone Warehouse.
A Premises Licence Application has been made for the “Sale by Retail of Alcohol” offsite. We suspect this is aimed at being a food & drink shop of some sort – rather than an off-license, based on some initial digging around.
The business name is “Chez Ben” and looks very much like a new, independent business.
We will update here if things develop – this is just very early info, as you would expect from MyMarlow! 🙂
