MARLOW HOCKEY SPONSORSHIP PROPOSAL – EVERGREEN TOUR APRIL 2023
Marlow Hockey Club are hosting a long standing annual hockey tour, and are offering up opportunities to sponsor the tour, with different sponsorship packages available, and other ways to support it in general. Details provided by the club below:
We are seeking help in supporting the Marlow Hockey Club’s Evergreen Tour this Easter. In return, as a sponsor, we guarantee to promote your brand, product or service throughout the club. You can also utilise photos of the tour for your own marketing purposes to align your business with a local and successful sports club that promotes healthy and inclusive hockey for all ages and abilities.
Marlow Hockey Club strives to provide opportunities for everyone in Marlow and surrounding areas to participate in healthy and safe and hockey activities in a fun and family orientated environment. We are asking for your support to provide financial help to enable the flourishing U14 Girls & Boys squads to play and host the tour this year. It is a great opportunity to raise your profile with the parents and supporters of this successful age group in Marlow as well as the wider Marlow hockey community.
As we are a local community sports club, our major source of revenue is generated from membership fees and donations received from generous individuals & businesses. These funds are then reinvested into the club for the benefit of all members.

About Marlow Hockey Club
Marlow Hockey Club, founded in 1909, is a large and friendly club with a level for everyone. The club has 7 Men’s teams, 7 Ladies teams and a thriving junior section for 7–18-year-olds. Boys and girls’ teams include U8s, 10s, 12s, 14s, 16s and 18s many with A & B teams plus development squads. Marlow HC are one of 20 clubs across the country that have achieved Talent Centre accreditation recognising the high-quality environments provided for young players at early talent development level.
We currently have 131 adult players and over 600 junior members with a complete club database of around 1,000 people within the Marlow area, made up of players, parents and coaches.

About the Evergreen Tour
We have a long-standing tradition of alternating the hosting of an annual hockey tour with our friends at Maasluis (near Rotterdam) in the Netherlands, going back 47 years. This event has been running since 1976 and is a fantastic tradition. Many children have benefited from both countries and a good number of players in our Men’s and Ladies 1s and 2s, who are still at the club, were involved in previous years. This year, the Marlow Hockey Club are hosting this tour in Marlow, after being postponed for three years due to Covid.
