The best coffee in Marlow - the best cakes. My husband and I are hooked and we must have their coffee every Saturday - they even stamp a little card for regulars and now and again you get a freebie! The place looks a lot smarter these days too! Rating:

Remains my favourite haunt in Marlow as it's one of the few venues in Marlow that existed when I was a child (more years ago than I care to reveal here?) However, I don't visit often these days as - a personal moan - they changed two longstanding favs - the Ganache Torte and the Black Forest gateau. Not sure why as the original versions had been on the menu for at least 40 years. But for those who don't know this (!) it's still a lovely, traditional tea shop and a nice contrast from the ubiquitous cafe chains. Rating:

I'm normally a coffee drinker but whenever I go to Burger's I make sure I always have a cup of their amazing own blend of hot chocolate and a delicious rum truffle. :-p Their fantastic quick and cheerful service also deserves a mention. Rating:
