Spotlight on DigiRAW – DVD to digital media transfer and much more!

| | , ,

Marlow Bottom based company DigiRAW has recently come to our attention, offering a really clever service to make the most of your collection of DVDs, CDs etc.

What DigiRAW do is to take your DVDs, CDs, Blu-ray discs, VHS tapes, vinyl, cassettes, photographs and camcorder memories not enjoyed for years so you can play and enjoy them on all your PCs, smartphones, tablets and TVs – basically future-proofing them.

Ricki Smith and Chris Rayner founded DigiRAW Ltd when their own search for a DVD ripping service hit a brick wall. Both with young families and multiple iPads, iPhones and Apple TVs, they wanted to get their large DVD and Blu-ray collections backed-up and playing on all their screens, saying how they really disliked having to pay again to download titles they already owned, especially the kids favourite shows.

We tried the service ourselves, and were impressed by the quality of the files and turnaround speed.

The main service for ripping DVDs etc costs just £1.66 per disk (collection and return to you included), and this drops to £1.49 if you drop it into their Marlow Bottom showroom yourself. They open Monday to Saturday 10:30am to 7pm. Prices include storage device for the completed files.

Right now, they have a special Christmas offer on their website, where you provide your own USB storage device, and they will convert DVDs etc for just 99p each.

Gift Cards – and an exclusive offer

If you are looking for a Christmas gift for someone who has… well, a pile of old DVD, CDs, photos or whatever – then the recently launched Gift Cards might make the ideal present. They can be purchased in any value from £15 upwards – and redeemed online, on the phone and in-store (Marlow Bottom suite).

If you fancy getting a gift card – we have an exclusive MyMarlow offer: For every £15 spent, DigiRAW will add £5 additional value free of charge. So £15 spend = £20 value, £30 spend = £40 value and so on… To take up this offer (online, by phone or in person) just quote “MyMarlow” to receive the free cash!
