Sous Chef Wanted – Full Time and Part time openings.
Sous Chef with commercial kitchen experience needed to help our head chef, working in a open plan kitchen and modern restaurant environment.
This is an exciting opportunity to be involved from the start, oriental cooking experience would be a plus but not essential. Working along side our experienced head chef to maintain the high standard of fresh and delicious Chinese food for every customer. Follow recipes and processes within the kitchen. Assist the head chef to carry out kitchen health, hygiene and safety duties. Full training will be given.
Front of House Staff Wanted – Full Time and Part time openings.
Over 18 year old, front of house staff needed, we are looking for a friendly and reliable staff with great customer service skills to join our modern casual dining restaurant. Restaurant or Retails experience required.

We had a lovely evening at the Red Duck on Friday. Great atmosphere, cool environment and the food was excellent. Really fresh and good value. Chatted to the husband and wife team who set it up and they are lovely, going to take my kids there later this week, great kids menu. Good luck to all involved.
