Marlow on the telly alert!
You need to watch Terry & Mason’s Great Food Trip this coming Friday 25th September at 6.00pm on BBC2. The series features Sir Terry Wogan & London cabbie Mason McQueen visiting towns around the UK, exploring regional British cuisine and stuff- and this episode is all based in Marlow!
According to the BBC website, they are served up a dish by Michelin-starred chef Atul Kochhar of Sindu, and treated to lunch by Tom Kerridge and, also taste Buckinghamshire’s regional dish of Bacon Badger. If you haven’t tried Bacon Badger – well you should! 🙂
In addition to this, we know they visited other local spots – including Burgers, Rebellion Brewery and Marlow Museum. We will have to see what makes it into the final edit of the show!
