A couple of related updates form Marlow town Council, linked to commemorating the Queen’s 90th Birthday:

Picture yourself – with the Queen!

bob and the queenFancy having your photo taken with The Queen or outside Buckingham Palace? Come along to the Marlow Town Council stand in Higginson Park on Regatta Sunday, 12th June, and do just that. Marlow Town Council has teamed up with Trigger Happy Photobooth to bring visitors to the event a right royal selfie experience.

The photobooth will be completely free to use, so family and friends can capture themselves with HM The Queen (albeit a life-size cut-out) in front of Buckingham Palace (a backdrop), post their photo online or keep it as a memento. The printed image will be free to take away for people to share in the good old fashioned way too.

One lucky selfie group or family will also be given Marlow Town Council’s golden commemorative coins (as detailed below) in celebration of HM The Queens 90th Birthday – so register at the Marlow Town Council stand for a chance to win these keepsakes.

There’ll be other opportunities to claim one of these limited edition keepsakes on the day from the Council’s own stall in front of Court Garden House in Higginson Park. Cllr Bob Johnson, Town Mayor, commented: “I’m very proud to introduce this beautiful keepsake which Marlow Town Council has commissioned – from all at Marlow Town Council. Many happy returns, Your Majesty!”
