MyMarlow first mentioned plans for a Specsavers coming to West Street back in September 2019. We can now can reveal that Specsavers will be opening their doors on Monday 24th Feb 2020.

We spoke to Jayven Athwal, who will be the Ophthalmic Director of Specsavers Marlow.
Jayven told us “Even though Specsavers is a multinational brand, each of its stores are owned by and run on a day-to-day basis by local directors. Myself and Iman, our Retail Director are looking forward to meeting the local community and can’t wait to contribute to the healthcare and fashion needs of Marlow. ”
He added: “In today’s retail climate, many stores are closing their doors due to competition from online vendors and increasing costs. We are passionate in being able to offer the residents of Marlow a wide range of healthcare services and products. We will be offering state of the art sight testing equipment, capable of scanning the eye at a hospital grade level. As well as this, we will be able to offer a large range of contact lenses and accessories for the optical consumer. Our huge range of frames have something to suit every patient, including exciting designer brands, all at an affordable price point.”
The pair are also planning on running charitable events and fundraising events through the coming year, aiming to support local charities and schools.
