Laurents Deli – coming to Marlow

| | , ,

MyMarlow can exclusively reveal the exciting news that a new food store is coming to town. Laurents Deli will be opening at 37 High Street, where Santander used to be.

We spoke to Xavier Laurent, originally from the South West of France, who already operates 3 other shops in London under the same name. The first was in Paddington, then St John’s Wood, and a recent new opening in Chiswick.

Laurent told us of his passion for food and wine, and together with his Italian wife, was inspired by the food of both their home countries to open his first shop. The couple know this area well, so Marlow was an obvious first choice outside London.

There will be a wide range on offer – fruit and veg, bread, cheeses, patisserie, wine and fresh coffee among the selection. All sounds fantastic!

Given that the building was previously a bank – there is a lot of work to do internally. The expected opening date will be early March 2022, and we will of course keep you updated as things progress.

To give an idea – the photos below are of the newly opened Chiswick shop, which will give just an indication of what Laurents Deli will bring to Marlow…..
