Christmas really began last night in Marlow, as local author and screenwriter Robert Thorogood switched on our lights!
In front of a massive crowd, Robert gave a lovely speech referring to how his books and the upcoming TV adaptation were a “love letter from him to the town of Marlow”. He commented on how welcoming the whole town had been to the film crew, noting how Marlow ”truly is a very special community”.
