Marlow’s Christmas lights were switched on by Edd China this evening.
Best known for presenting Discovery Channel’s television show Wheeler Dealers and other TV shows, Edd is also know for creating record breaking madcap vehicles, including his well known driveable sofa which was in attendance tonight, with an appropriate festive makeover.
As you can see from the video footage we tweeted, and the gallery below, the High Street was packed! Edd was joined on the bus by Chris Funnell, Mayor of Marlow – and Tim Ashburner of Marlow FM conducted a quick interview, as well as warming up the crowd before – together with the rest of the Marlow FM team.
Edd did a great job, went down really well, and took plenty of time to post for photos afterwards. Congrats to Marlow Town Council for another brilliant switch on event!
