My classes are designed to be both fun and educational, focusing on developing your child’s handstand skills in a safe environment.

Here’s what your child can expect during the class:

– I start each class with playful group warm-ups. This essential step helps prepare and protect your child’s joints, reducing the risk of injury.

– Your child’s well-being is my top priority. I maintain a safe environment throughout the class.

– Your child will learn various handstand-related alignment drills to understand and feel the correct body position.

– Flexibility is crucial for effortless handstand performance. I incorporate flexibility drills to enhance your child’s handstand abilities.

– I cover the basics of starting a handstand, explaining the terminology and why specific movements are essential in different phases of the handstand.

I provide plenty of breaks during classes to ensure your child’s energy levels are preserved and most importantly, I keep it to be fun.
