Angel & Rocket is a passionate childrenswear retailer looking to grow its team in the Marlow store. We are a small business with a fun culture and big plans! We work with many well-known partners including Next and John Lewis and have ambitious growth plans for the future. We are looking for motivated, driven Retail Assistant with a customer-centric attitude to work in our Marlow store on Saturday’s.

Responsibilities:

• Meeting and greeting customers in a friendly and professional manner
• Engaging with customers, offering product knowledge and styling advice
• Dressing shop window, POS
• Encouraging trust pilot reviews and data collection for marketing
• Replenishing shop floor
• Merchandising and refreshing the shopfloor layout regularly
• Helping with customer service queries.
