Things to do around Marlow

Many of the events featured in our calendar are organised by one of Marlow’s groups and societies. These cover a range of interests including drama, music, history, archaeology, music, photography and much more. It’s hard to be bored in Marlow!

There are a wide range of sports clubs in Marlow, covering the expected football, rugby, hockey, cricket etc as well those based on the River – e.g. sailing, canoeing, rowing. As well as joining or watching sports clubs, there are many regular sports events which you can take part in, including the Marlow 5 Run and Marlow Half Marathon.

Marlow is lucky to have the fabulous Everyman Cinema in the town centre! Other nearby options include The Omniplex (by Handy Cross) Cineworld (Eden Centre) and Odeon Maidenhead. In High Wycombe, Wycombe Swan Theatre shows major touring productions.
