The upcoming Carnival appears in our Events Calendar , but it deserves a special mention, and a bit more detail, so here goes:
Marlow Carnival is a well established annual tradition, organised by the Marlow Community Association, and the action all takes place in Higginson Park from 11am to 5pm on Saturday 18th Sep 2010.
This year there are plenty of attractions and events including:
- Refreshments – Tea Boutique, Licensed Bar, BBQ
- Children’s Fairground Rides
- Children’s Play Area & Poppies Storytime
- MarlowFM
- Live entertainment from a variety of local performing groups
- Tug of War & Beat the Goalie Competitions
- Local Society Stalls
- Tombola and Side Shows
- Classic Cars
- Silent Auction
- Book Stall
- Food Stalls
