Charity Bootcamp session – Sat 27th Sep 10am

Naomi-InVision smallFancy a bit of fun and fitness in Riley Park on Saturday morning?

Come and join personal trainer Josh Woods and  Naomi Riches  for a fun bootcamp session!   Get there from 9.45 am for a 1 hour session starting 10am.

The event is raising funds for the Marlow based charity IN-Vision which Naomi is Patron of , and all they ask is that you have fun and that you donate what you can on the day!

There will also be yummy cakes and fruit for you to purchase after you have finished training! So just bring comfortable kit, a water bottle and a bit of cash 🙂

Infantile Nystagmus is a little known eye condition that can severely affect visual acuity and deeply impact upon quality of life. It occurs within the first few months of life and is a lifetime condition.  At present there is no known cure… The charity IN-Vision raises awareness of the condition,provide support, and is dedicated to increasing knowledge and furthering research that will one day lead to a cure.

Marlow’s own Paralypmian Gold medalist Naomi Riches was diagnosed with Infantile Nystagmus at an early age and recently became the first Patron of the charity.
