| | , , ,

You may have already heard that The Ship, Marlow’s oldest pub, is launching an exciting new ‘Street Food at the Ship’ venture in May.

They will be bringing together independent traders throughout the week to offer amazing food from around the world.

MyMarlow wanted to highlight the awesome vegan offering which will set up each and every Wednesday from 1st May: Began’s Street Food!

The Ship team said:

“These guys are phenomenal. Loads of you were asking for a vegan offering so we did our research and found one of the best.”

Began’s is already a very popular fixture at Wycombe’s Friday market, frequently selling out of their signature seitan steak burgers and salted caramel ‘snickers’ puddings.

Founder Becky launched Began’s back in 2016 and has built up a loyal foodie following, with patrons making a weekly special trip just to get their vegan street food fix!

“We’re beyond excited! Bringing our vegan food to Marlow has long been a goal of ours (and our supporters) and now, thanks to those innovative folks at The Ship, it’s finally happening!”

The magic happens in Beatrix, a lovingly repurposed vintage horsebox, and this means that Began’s also caters for private and corporate functions as well as festivals and shows across the South East. To get an idea of all the plant-based treats you can look forward to every Wednesday, head over to Began’s Facebook page.
