Live at Riley – join the festival fun!

With fantastic local and regional bands and dance acts, and some great fun activities, Marlow’s Live at Riley festival is the place to be on Sunday 8 July, from noon to 8pm

Entertainment for everyone

  • The festival features two large stages with solo artists, bands and dancers, as well as an acoustic spot where bands and acts can turn up and play.
  • The musical programme spans all genres, folk and country, rock, pop, indie, jazz as well as some soul, blues and old school classics from the 50’s, 60’s and 70’s.
  • Well-known tribute act “Hats Off to Led Zeppelin” will headline the event. In addition, the line-up includes a wide variety of local acts encompassing solo singers, acoustic acts, rock bands.
  • Dance fans are catered for with street/hip hop dancer groups put together by Jam Theatre and the John Johnny Dance Academy.

The fun activities land zorbing, dance and signing workshops and an indoor DJ! Of, there will be all the usual attractions you’d expect at a festival, including real ale tasting with Rebellion Beer, a wide range of food stalls, festival café with the most amazing home-made cakes, children’s activities, and crafts.

Children’s activities

Jam Theatre and John Johnny Dance Academy will be running children’s activity workshops throughout the day.  Children can take part in a range of fun activities including dancing and singing, in the capable hands of trained volunteers, allowing their parents to enjoy the music and see the rest of the attractions at their own pace.

We are giving everyone that attends Live at Riley the chance to win one of two Jaguar VIP track experiences, courtesy of Jaguar or a night’s accommodation with dinner and breakfast, courtesy of the Crowne Plaza, Marlow. Tickets will be available to purchase on the day for £5 each.

The track experiences will include: Professional Driver Tuition, Fast Laps in the Jaguar XKR, Snow and Ice road driving, Hospitality.

Tickets are available now from Marlow Tourist Office, D&J News and The Duke of Cambridge or online at www.wegottickets.com/event/171591 Prices are £20 for a family, £8 for an adult and £6 for a child (under 18) or concession (students and senior citizens).  Children under five get in free. All children 16 and under must be accompanied by an adult. Prices on the day will increase.
