Domino’s Pizza have plans to move into the former Blockbusters Video premises. A recent planning application reveals a proposal which involves splitting the existing store into two halves, with Domino’s taking over the left hand side.
There is a detailed covering letter included in the planning application documents which states the proposal would:
“… result in the beneficial reuse of a vacant property at a prominent ‘brownfield’ site. Furthermore, the proposal will result in the creation of approximately twenty jobs at a sustainable in-centre location”
The intended opening hours are stated as 9am to 11pm.
