Earlier this year, the long established Francescos restaurant closed down. Initially signs in the window suggested a refurbishment, but as time went on it was clear nothing was happening….
However, MyMarlow can reveal that plans are afoot for a new “Gourmet Pizzeria”!
The plans are at an early stage, currently the new business owners are awaiting Planning Application approval to change the front of the restaurant. Basically they want to create a new entrance on the left, with new timber bi-fold doors creating the rest of the frontage.
Our usual caveat: this is all at a very early stage – planning applications can be approved or not, and even when approved businesses do not always proceed – as we have seen more than once before!
